News release December 2, 2022 Ottawa, Ontario Canada Revenue Agency The Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA) Disability Advisory Committee (DAC) released its 2022 annual report today. The report includes 10 recommendations for potential improvements to the disability tax credit (DTC) and its administration. The recommendations are organized into three categories: DTC eligibility and structure; DTC appeals and review process; and protecting the legal interests of DTC applicants where applicable.

Victoria Thursday, December 1, 2022 8:30 AM The Province has appointed 30 people to help develop British Columbia’s first two standards for accessibility: the employment accessibility standard and the accessible service delivery standard. These accessibility standards will help remove and prevent barriers that restrict people with disabilities from equally participating in their community.
