My name is KRYSTIAN SHAW.
I am 25. I was born with intellectual disabilities. I have achieved many things in my life despite my challenges.
I have many abilities. A few years ago I had a dream to start my own business and today I publish a newsletter celebrating the successes of people with diverse abilities.
I help educate the public and reduce the stigma that comes with the many labels people may be given.

My presentation is about overcoming the odds and teaching professionals, as well as self advocates, about what we can do, not what we can’t do.
I share my journey with self employment and explain how with the right support we can do anything we set our mind to.
