In this months newsletter we are celebrating the holiday season. People celebrate in many different ways at this time of year.

We have lots of great articles and ideas to help you get into the spirit of the season. This time of the year can also bring a lot of stress for people. With all of the extra goodies, late nights, high expectations and excitement of the season, it can be easy to start feeling overwhelmed. Weve got articles that can help with that, too, including ideas for people with sensory challenges.

We hope that you will find some healthy ways to take care of yourself. That might include some outdoor activities, like skiing & snowshoeing, or maybe it will include going for an evening walk to enjoy the pretty Christmas lights.

On the colder days, finding some relaxing indoor activities can also be a great way to unwind. The biggest thing for everyone is to find connection, whether that is with family or friends. Simple celebrations with loved ones can do us so much good. The gift of time with our friends and family at this time of year is invaluable. Maybe that is one of the gifts we have learned from Covid.

Not being able to be together has re- minded us that togetherness is more important than material gifts.

From everyone at the KSA, we wish you a very happy holiday season and all of the best for 2023!
